Our mini-panel of client-based Insights professionals will share their experiences on what vendor selling looks like from the client side, as well as their internal influencing of business partners – from initiating the research to leveraging the results. Elias Soussou, Director of Analytics and Marketing Research at FGX International, and Scott Reina, Nielsen Client Manager embedded with the CVS Customer Insights team, will kick things off.
