Deadlines, logos, and signage details:

– All logos and ads must be received by April 5, 2019 to be printed in the program in JPEG file format
– Back cover ads: up to 8.5” w x 11” h. Ads must be delivered as 300 dpi or better. Accepted formats: Press-ready PDF (with all fonts and links embedded) or JPEG files (with all fonts and links embedded).
– Your signage can be displayed on an easel or self-stand, up to 24” x 32”. Table space for display of collateral in networking area where breakfast and coffee breaks take place. Must be delivered to site; include easel if needed.
